RESOLUTION ON DISCOUNTS – UNIVERSIDAD EAN

Resolution No. 048: By means of which the criteria and procedures for granting discounts on tuition fees with the purpose of studying formal undergraduate and postgraduate programs directly offered by Universidad EAN are approved.

Resolution No. 093: By means of which a financial support equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the tuition fees is set for students from Universidad EAN conducting an international academic experience at foreign educational institutions.

1. Business Discounts

Here are the discounts on tuition fees for agreements and/or alliances signed with Universidad EAN, as well as those granted to Business Closed Groups. The considerations as follows have to be taken into account prior to applying for this benefit:

  • The discount will be applied only to new enrollments (new students). In order to benefit from it in subsequent levels of the program, each student must demonstrate the grade point average according to each agreement or alliance already signed. 
  • This is not an accumulative or retrospective discount, and in no case it will be applied to students already enrolled.
  • An employment certification or a certification of family welfare fund registration should be submitted each semester with the purpose of renewing the discount on the dates previously set by Universidad EAN in the enrollment circular letter.
  • The benefit applies only to academic programs directly taught by Universidad EAN.
  • Should the discount is interrupted, students will not be able to benefit from it again in subsequent periods.

2. Outstanding Students

Here are the discounts granted by Universidad EAN to students playing as tutors; studying two academic programs at the same time; or participating in representative, sport and cultural activities.

3. Alumni, Spouses and Children

Universidad EAN grants a 20% discount to alumni, their spouses and their children in undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs.

This benefit is subject to conditions and requirements.


4. Students’ Relatives

Universidad EAN grants a 10% discount to the spouse, children and siblings of students from Universidad EAN currently studying undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs directly taught by the University, but not leading to a double degree or being taught in agreement with another educational institution.

5. Foreign Students

Universidad EAN grants a 20% discount to foreign students studying undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs directly taught by the University, but not leading to a double degree or being taught in agreement with another educational institution.

This benefit is subject to conditions and requirements.

6. Students Participating in Immersion Programs (Schools)

Universidad EAN grants a 20% discount to students participating in immersion programs, for the first semester of the undergraduate academic program which they enroll to.
